50 New Primary Schools to be Opened in Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Announces

In an important boost to education, CM Bhajanlal Sharma has actually announced that 50 new primary schools would be opened in the state. The announcement was made during heated discussions on the Rajasthan Finance and Appropriation Bill. The statement aptly reflects the government’s intention to subsidize primary education. Immediately on this announcement, the Education Department wasted no time and took action in making this vision come true. This is being called as an initiative to eliminate educational gap in rural and deprived parts of the state.

The Director of Elementary Education has already begun to act on the letter addressed to all District Education Officers (DEOs) in charge of overseeing elementary education at their respective headquarters. The directive calls for an identification and proposal for such sites in their districts to establish these new government primary schools. This rapid action indicates the urgency with which the state government wants to upgrade educational infrastructure, especially for young learners.

District Officers Tasked with Detailed Proposals

The Education Department is leaving nothing to chance. They have placed strict instructions upon the District Education Officers to take a thorough and transparent approach to the process. They have been directed to submit comprehensive project proposals containing key information-the number of children aged 6 to 11 years in the proposed areas, identification of the precise locations, and the names of the revenue villages in both Hindi and English for better understanding. The new schools are located in 41 districts, thereby guaranteeing a reasonable coverage of Rajasthan’s varied geography.

This is an initiative beyond statistics; it aims to bring the educational access near home for thousands of children. While the DEOs are on their toes with the specifications, the intent is to find those pockets that need this help the most. The Education Department has just started, and Rajasthan is ready for an educational uplift that may change the fate of its littlest residents.
