Rajasthan News: The present Bhajanlal government in the state had modified the previous Ashok Gehlot government’s scheme of providing gas cylinders at Rs 500 by reducing the price of kitchen gas cylinders by another Rs 50, bringing it down to Rs 450. But consumers did not get the subsidy in November and December, media reports said.
Indeed, the chief minister had announced the extension of the LPG cylinder subsidy scheme in the 2024-25 budget itself, promising to supply LPG cylinders at Rs 450 to beneficiaries of the National Food Security Act (NFSA).
