Dungarpur Crime News: Police Conduct X-Ray on Women, Shocking Secret Revealed

Dungarpur Crime News: Intriguing Crime Incident in Sagwara, Dungarpur: X-Ray Reveals the Truth, Police Arrest Three Women

Three women caught after swallowing gold chains during procession in Sagwara Three women were arrested after they were caught swallowing gold chains during a procession in Sagwara town in Dungarpur. The incident happened on Sunday when the Gayatri Parivar took out a procession from the Birla Temple. After stealing the gold chains, the thieves tried to hide them but to no avail. The police later caught them after conducting an X-ray.

The Theft During the Procession

Three women complain of robbery during procession BOSTON (AP) — Three women attending a religious procession reported that their gold chains were stolen. Varsha Patidar, a resident of Choti Diwara, and Hemanshu Mehta, a resident of Govadi, filed a complaint each stating that their mother’s gold chain had been stolen. Vinod Kumar, a resident of Bada Diwara, said his wife Nita Patidar’s chain was also stolen. “The incident sparked panic among the people who were attending the religious gathering, ” said a police spokesman.

Police Spring into Action

Station Officer Madan Lal (SP) of Pipliya police station immediately registered an FIR and began the investigation. The first step was to check CCTV cameras installed in the city. The footage gave them vital clues to track down the culprits. Within 24 hours, three women were arrested: Rekha Bai (35), Reena (30) and Sushila Bai (40) all residents of Hadi under Pipliya police station in Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh.

The Unusual Concealment Method

The accused women denied the charges and said that they had bought the chains in the market. But police had a suspicion that they might still have the chains with them. To confirm their suspicion, police gave them X-rays. The X-rays revealed that the accused women had gold chains inside their bodies. The women had swallowed the chains immediately after stealing them in order to escape detection.

This is a very risky and unusual way of hiding the stolen goods. The women must have planned the theft carefully, taking advantage of the crowd pressure and confusion of the procession. They were dressed in the right clothes to look like ordinary people in the crowd so that when they jerked their hands and grabbed the chains, they would have been able to swallow them.

Recovery of the Stolen Chains

Police took action once X-rays showed the chains inside the suspects. Chains were recovered safely and the accused were charged with theft. Quick action by police recovered the stolen property, bringing relief to victims and the community.

Dungarpur Crime News: A Pattern of Crime

Further enquiries revealed that this was not their first offence. They had previous convictions for targeting crowded events including fairs, bus journeys and religious processions. They would always adopt the same tactics: blend in with the crowd, steal valuables and swallow them to get away undetected. It had worked for them in the past, but this time their luck had run out.
