Jodhpur, February 21, 2025 – Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma is scheduled to visit Jodhpur on Sunday, February 23 for a day’s visit. He will attend the 17th convocation ceremony of the National Law University (NLU) here. The state government’s focus on education and legal excellence will be showcased through this visit by the Chief Minister, who will be a prominent presence at this prestigious event.
Official sources said that CM Sharma will board a special plane from Jaipur Airport at 8: 15 AM which will reach Jodhpur at 9: 05 AM. He will meet party leaders at Jodhpur airport for about 20 minutes. At 9: 40 AM, the Chief Minister will leave for NLU on Jodhpur-Nagaur Road, reaching there by 9: 50 AM.
NLU Jodhpur Convocation (9: 50 AM-12: 05 PM) – A momentous occasion to felicitate the graduating students and to reinforce the institution’s position as a hub of excellence in legal education in India, the convocation at NLU Jodhpur will be attended by CM Sharma who will address the gathering and exhort the students and faculty to see law as a profession that shapes society and governance.
After the ceremony, the Chief Minister will be returning to Jodhpur Airport to board the flight back to Jaipur, bringing to an end his whirlwind one-day visit here. District Collector Gaurav Goyal has assigned responsibilities to officers, who have been deployed according to the plan. Security, traffic management and logistics have been organized to support the Chief Minister’s itinerary.
