Promise of Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma: 50,000 Ministerial Jobs for Grabs
Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, while virtually assuring the medical fraternity at a pre-budget discussion held at the Chief Minister’s Office on Friday, revealed that the government aims to fill almost 50,000 vacancies in the medical department soon. He further stated that the state government has already recruited about 21,000 doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff.

CM Bhajan Lal Sharma also highlighted various health initiatives including telemedicine services through e-Sanjeevani for public people; organization of 167,000 health camps; and enhancement of the number of Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras. Turning the State into a Hub for World-Class Medical Facilities
He added that the government is working to put in place world-class medical facilities in the state. Under this project, the state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower will soon be set up in Jaipur to offer world-class treatment for all kinds of heart diseases. Special mention should also be given to RUHS Hospital in Pratapnagar, which is developed on AIIMS pattern as RIMS.
Public Benefiting from ‘Ma’ Scheme – Gajendra Singh Khinvsar
The Health and Medical Minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar on the occasion stated that decisions are continuously being made to expand health services under the leadership of Chief Minister. He remarked that the ‘Ma’ scheme has provided tremendous benefit to the masses. Several projects being undertaken by the government include digital health technology, telemedicine, ABHA ID, and recruitment of medical staff. He expressed confidence that by working together, we shall very quickly achieve the goal of healthy Rajasthan.
